As part of the wider Private Department’s Ecosystem she is a trusted advisor to such clients on a wide-range of business and commercial contentious issues, including large-scale contractual and fraud claims given her considerable experience in the issuing and defending freezing injunctions and asset protection.

Jenny acts for a wide variety of clients, including high profile and high net worth individuals, companies, charities and families. Her work encompasses a broad range of contentious matters, advising on commercial litigation across disputes including civil fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder disputes. She also has experience of arbitration (including under the ICSID and LCIA rules), reputational matters, trust disputes, complaints against schools, charitable governance, and political litigation.
