Accordingly, we retain evidence of our customers’ identities for at least seven years and, where necessary, obtain proof of property ownership and the source or destination of funds. If we cannot obtain this information, we will be unable to proceed with any transaction. Customers’ identities are subject to electronic verification, which may also include a credit check.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the use of this website and for any information or results derived from it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions, undertakings, representations, and terms, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are excluded.

Initial Stage:

Upon receipt of your written complaint, we will acknowledge its receipt within 3 working days and inform you of the person who will be handling the investigation.
Investigation Process:
Within 15 working days of receiving your complaint, the appointed person will write to you with the results of the investigation. This correspondence will include details of any actions taken or proposed. Should additional time be required to thoroughly address the issue, you will be notified in writing with an updated timeline.
Further Escalation:
If you remain dissatisfied with our response, or if more than 8 weeks have passed since your initial complaint, you may request an independent review by The Property Ombudsman, at no cost. Our membership number is T09529. You may contact The Property Ombudsman at:
